Pond Dipping

Why not bring your children, or supervised groups, pond dipping? Our specially built decking around the pool means you can discover the underwater world without even getting your feet wet. A very worthwhile activity that teaching youngsters about ‘water creatures’ whilst, of course, having a lot of fun! By appointment only – please contact us to arrange.

Clay Pigeon Shooting

Woodland simulated sporting clay shoots take place every fortnight during the summer on Wednesday evenings between 6pm and 8pm. These are 50 bird shoots and will be offered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis – participants will need to have their own shotgun, cartridges and, preferably, fibre wads. Drayton Flyers

Our resident model airplane flying club, the "Drayton Flyers" have a top class runway and field which is a pleasure to fly from. Penkridge Air Rifle Club

Our local Field Target (FT) shooting club moved to the LDF Entertainment Hub in early 2011 and offers members a regular series of meetings around their ‘simulated hunting’ course where they can hone their skills shooting at targets shaped like typical ‘game’ including Rats, Rabbits, Magpies and Crows strategically placed throughout the woodland shooting area to give an authentic experience.
