Open Farm Sunday, 2008
And what a special day it was. We opened our gates and showed people around the farm on the 1st June. “The response from the public was fantastic. We exceeded all our expectations this year with more people visiting than ever before. The enthusiasm, commitment and hard work from everyone who helped us shows the pride and passion farmers feel for what they do, not only as food producers but as custodians of our countryside.”Thank you to everybody who visited our farm this year. We were delighted to see each and every one of you. We feel that we gave people the chance to experience first hand the sights, sounds and smells of the farm. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our day a success and for all you did to make Open Farm Sunday 2008 such a successful celebration of British agriculture.
